             VEAL ROLL UPS

Ingredients

4 slices of thin veal

4 slices white bread

4 slices brown bread

1 onion

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. savory

1/4 cup margarine

 

Preparation

                Break bread into a large bowl into small pieces

Add chopped onion

then add  the rest of the ingredients

mix till all combined.
Place the veal flat on waxed paper

           Put a small amount of dressing in the middle

              and proceed to roll up the dressing in the veal

           Place roll ups into an 8x8 inch  sprayed pan

and cover with tin foil

            Bake at 3.50 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
