Cast on 48 stitches and work pattern

Pattern

1. Knit 3, Purl 3 across the row

2. Knit 3, Purl 3 across the row

Repeat these two rows for 55 to 65 inches

To Finish 

put a row of  crochet along the bottom edges

With a 3.50mm  hook

Pattern

2 single crochet,   1 half double crochet  and repeat across the row

This is now finished.

This scarf can be adjusted in length to suit the child either shorter or longer
