CHERRY POUND CAKE
1 1/4 cups powdered fruit sugar
1 1/4 cups margarine or butter
4 eggs
Beat eggs well and add sugar and butter
then add
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups red cherries
1 1/2 cups green cherries
1/2 real lemon squeeze juice and scrape rind
Mix all together and bake
Oven 3:50 for about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours
